Submission Process

Submissions will be made on the system on site. The following steps will be taken in the submission of the papers;

  1. First, user registration will be created by clicking the 'Sign Up' button on the user panel located on the bottom right of the site.
  2. In the second step, the 'Submit a Abstract' button in the same panel will be clicked and the required fields will be filled and saved with the 'save' button.
  3. With these two phases, the abstract submission will be completed. The abstract rewieving process can be followed by the 'Abstracts' button on the same panel.
  4. Full-text notification will be sent with the following steps; Click on the 'Abstracts' button and select the 'submit fullpaper' heading from the 'actions' tab on the right side of the submitted abstract. A full text file should be loaded from the screen that opens. The full text process will be able to follow on the 'abstract' screen in a similar manner to the abstract.
